Cutting - Day 3

Until I already feel more cut hahaha the joy,

day easy to endure, had some hunger peaks

but killed it with increased protein, feather

can not always do it for questions €€€

would increase more than 3x daily protein

The day was based on this:

- A small cup of white rice (seasoned with salt, olive oil and garlic) + two eggs (fried in olive oil and with very little salt) + vegetables - A can of tuna - 1 hour training: Chest (4 exercises for 3 sets each), front shoulder (4 exercises in circuit 3 series), Tricipe (2 exercises of 4 series each (50, 40, 30, 20, 10 reps), Abdominal (1 exercise 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 or 5 replicates series) - Two cans of tuna + black beans + sweet corn - A can of tuna + four boiled eggs
