Well, the diet began, it is now that everything is revealed, we removed the fat and body in the rough waters and become the our work of art, giving you all the details we want.
The food and workouts do not have to be a big deal, the simpler it becomes more compri so easy for them.
Today 102kg weight.
Today was like this:
- A small cup of white rice (seasoned with salt, olive oil and garlic) + two eggs (fried in olive oil and with very little salt)
- 1 hour training: Shoulders (4 exercises for 3 sets each), Keystone (4 exercises for 3 sets each), Chest (4 exercises for 3 sets each), Abdominal (2 exercises for 3 sets each)
- A can of tuna in olive oil
- Cooked chicken
- A can of tuna in water + Black beans
- A can of tuna in water + black beans + two boiled eggs
